RENTAL CONDITIONS

RENTAL PERIOD

The shortest rental period is 24 hours. In delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. In the case of delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full-day fee including CDW is applied.

LONG TERM RENTALS

The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special price is applied. You can call the MAY CAR RENTAL Booking Center on the phone +90 549 484 03 93 or the nearest MAY CAR RENTAL Office for information on the rental price and conditions.

SINGLE DIRECTION

If the vehicle is delivered in a city other than the city where the vehicle is delivered, the One Way Charge is applied regardless of the lease period. You can call our Reservation Center or the nearest MAY CAR RENTAL Office for one way fare information.

VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE LEAVE

We provide 24 hour uninterrupted service to our International Airports in our offices every hour of the day, in other offices in the working hours of the vehicle delivery and customer delivery is free of charge. Vehicle deliveries and vehicle releases outside of working hours except the International Airports are free of charge.

SERVICE FEES FOR AIRWARES

Airport service fee is not charged for rentals made from MAY CAR RENTAL Offices in International Airports, which are open 24 hours a day.

DRIVER DOCUMENT - USE AGE

Persons who have at least 22 years of age and who have a valid driver's license for 2 years may rent a car. In the luxury car there is a requirement to be at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Other than the tenant, the vehicle can be used by someone else but it is possible to register the valid ID and drivers of the drivers in accordance with the driver's license and age rules. If there is no other record and the winner is found to have been made by the non-registered driver, the insurance will be null and void.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICES - NON-SPECIAL FEATURES

Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and automobile insurance. Fares, bridges, highway fees, traffic fines and insurances, one way fare, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests like baby seat and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the prices.

PAYMENT

All credit cards accepted in advance or at the payment of the rental fee.

MAY CAR RENTAL PRICE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE DESCRIBED TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE TYPE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

TRAFFIC CRIMES

120 km in highway traffic laws in Turkey. 100 km from intercity roads. and 50km in the city. allowing speed. When parking, keep the PARKING CALL signs. Traffic jurisdiction and legal liabilities to be applied to movements that may arise due to violation of the traffic laws and the tenant's fault are the property of the tenant. After leaving the vehicle, traffic fines reaching MAY CAR RENTAL will be reflected to the tenant and the related amount will be collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card (mail order). The time for which the vehicles will be occupied for any reason by official or local authorities shall be accepted within the term of the contract.
